Two sets of standards:
DPPM: defective quantity / total production * 1000000.
Number of DPMO: defects / (total production * total tin spots) * 1000000.
For example, if 30 sets are produced and 2 tin spots are defective, and the total number of tin spots on one board is 1044, then DPMO=2/ (30,000,044) * 1000000,000,640 * DPPMT 2amp 30,000,000,000,666 666, then the total number of tin spots on one board is 1044.
Judging from the data of the two, there is a big gap. For the actual product, DPMO is a relatively fair algorithm, regardless of the difficulty of the product, calculated according to the actual number of welding points of the product.
For example, if two boards, 100solder joints and 1000 solder joints reflect the complexity of the actual board, it is more fair to press DPMO.
